By downloading, installing, or using Just Draft, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Just Draft is a football draft simulation game that allows users to build teams, participate in competitions, and access premium features through optional subscriptions.

Just Draft offers optional VIP subscriptions. Available plans may include:

• VIP Monthly Subscription
• VIP Yearly Subscription

Just Draft offers the following optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• VIP Monthly — Duration: 1 Month — Price: $4.99 USD per month
• VIP Yearly — Duration: 1 Year — Price: $39.99 USD per year

Pricing may vary by region and local currency. Actual pricing is displayed within the App Store before purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be handled through Apple according to Apple’s policies.

Users agree not to:

• Abuse the service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the application
• Interfere with service operation

All content, trademarks, graphics, game systems, and software associated with Just Draft remain the property of the developer.

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
